UTA Girls School, located in Monroe, is an eight-story, 320,000-square-foot educational facility constructed with approximately 1,800,000 pounds of structural steel. This large-scale project required extensive coordination and adaptability, particularly in working alongside the CMU contractor as design plans evolved throughout construction. Despite ongoing changes, the project was executed with efficiency and precision, ensuring seamless integration between structural steel and masonry components. Designed to support a high-capacity academic environment, the building stands as a testament to the ability to deliver complex, multi-story developments while maintaining flexibility, strong communication, and high-quality execution at every stage.
