Pe’er Bais Yaakov, located at 607 Route 306 in the heart of Airmont, New York, is a 60,000-square-foot all-girls educational facility constructed with approximately 290,000 pounds of structural steel, including heavily cambered beams. Designed to support a dynamic academic environment, the building accommodates classrooms, administrative areas, and communal spaces tailored to the needs of its students and faculty. The incorporation of advanced structural elements, such as cambered beams, ensures optimal load distribution and long-term performance.
